Alto Pit Campground

ATV and dirt bike riders enjoy 400 acres with approximately 20 miles of motorized trails, 2 cross-country areas, as well as a designated children's area. UTVs and four-wheel drive vehicles are not allowed since the vehicle spans greater than 50 inches. The main pit is a former gravel pit at 6,200 foot elevation just below Granite Mountain. There is also a smaller gravel pit. Higher terrain trails rise to 6,400 foot elevation. Rock and granite surface the area with ponderosa pine around.
