Chiricahua National Monument Scenic Drive

The 8-mile Chiricahua National Monument Scenic Drive runs through the Chiricahua National Monument the top at Massai Point. Chiricahua National Monument features a vast landscape of spires and unusual rock formations that is is popular for hikers and birders. This is one of the premier areas for biological diversity in the northern hemisphere.

Chiricahua National Monument is located 120 miles east of Tucson. Exit I-10 at Willcox, and follow Hwy 186 about 36 miles to the monument. (Obtain gas in Willcox as gasoline is not available at or near the monument.)
