 The Copper Basin Dunes OHV Area is a 1275 acre "open" riding area. Riding opportunities in this OHV area include the sand dunes, trails throughout the bajada and up into the canyons. The staging area provides a paved parking lot, restroom, loading ramp and bulletin board. Vehicle use in the area surrounding the OHV area is limited to designated routes. To get there from Parker, Arizona, cross the river to California and travel 12 miles north on Parker Dam Road. The OHV area is located on the west side of the road. From Lake Havasu, drive south on Hwy 95 about 20 miles to the Parker Dam. Cross the bridge and drive south a few miles on Parker Dam Road.
