Desert Voyagers has been catering to the desires of Phoenix locals and its seasonal visitors for over 25 years. We offer three-hour tours that are professionally guided down the Lower Salt River. Clients have the opportunity to choose between our traditional inflatable rafts or our unique “Funyaks”. These two-person inflatable kayaks are a blast to paddle and are perfect for the beginner or for more experienced river-goers.
Tours depart daily from our north Mesa location at 9:00am and 1:00pm September – May and at 9:00am only June – August. No matter what time of year, we have a tour waiting for you. Also awaiting you are the wild herds of mustangs, soaring bald eagles, playful river otters and beautiful panoramas the Lower Salt River offers its visitors.
