This campground is located on the White Mountain Apache Reservation.
Ditch Camp is near the banks of the north fork of the Whiteriver. This area of the stream is "Catch-and-Release" and no bait is allowed. There are a lot of Brown trout and occasional Apache trout.

This campground is on the White Mountain Apache Reservation. All recreation (fishing, camping, hiking, riding, picnics …) require permits that are available from retailers in the area. Follow the rules - penalties can be severe.

From Pinetop: Hwy 260 east for 19 miles to County Hwy 624 turn right then 1.5 miles to campground.
