This campground was constructed in 2007 and offers two day-use sites and two campground areas with fourteen overnight sites. This campground boasts a diversity of tree varieties. Fishing for rainbow trout is a popular pastime here. The stream is periodically stocked with trout April-late August. The chiseled canyons offer swimming holes.

Directions
From Payson: Travel east for 24 miles on State Hwy 260. Turn right on unpaved Forest Road (FR) 291 and travel 3 miles to FR 200, (unpaved); turn right. Travel on FR 200 for 5 miles to the site. This is a winding road with drops offs and not suitable for vehicles pulling trailers over 16 feet.
From Young: Travel 3 miles north on State Hwy. 288/Forest Road (FR) 512 to FR 200. Turn left on FR 200 and travel for 9 miles to the site.
