Page was born in the early 1960's with the building of the Glen Canyon Dam that created Lake Powell. It now serves as a base town for those visiting that wonderful body of water. The young town doesn't have much character, but it does offer lots of accomodations, some restaurants and plenty of fast food.
Page is located on Hwy. 89 about 4 miles south of Wahweap Marina on Lake Powell.
