Southwest Skyventures is proud to offer the finest in Sport Pilot Flight Training. Our Flight Instructors are highly experienced, knowledgeable, and emphasize safety. We provide specialized Light-Sport Flight Training, Pro-Checks and Endorsements in:

Light Sport Airplane Land, Sea, Ski and Taildragger

Weight-shift Land Private Pilot Training with Night Privileges

We operate at the Bisbee Municipal Airport, which is located 3 miles south of the Bisbee suburb of Warren and 2 miles north of the Mexican border and customs crossing at Naco, Arizona.

Please note that we fly by reservations only and are not at the airport every day. Each booking time is based on order of call received. Call us to make your booking. If you need more time in planning, we suggest you bookmark us and write us on your itinerary to remind you to call when you get here. You will want to book sooner during your visitation of the area versus later, in case we have to reschedule due to weather and such. This is quite possibly the most exhilarating and fun experience you'll have here, and maybe in your life - it'll be worth the wait.

30 Minute Introductory Flight Lesson: $85
1 Hour Flight Instruction: $150

What to wear:
Wear pants, shirt, and enclosed shoes. This is for safety AND comfort. We will provide you a jacket or flight suit, depending on weather conditions.

Restrictions:
Maximum weight is 250 lbs. Pregnant women are prohibited. All persons under the age of 18 year will need a legal guardian's signature.

Weather Check:
Remember to check weather for your own safety, but the Pilots will make the final “go” determination on the weather conditions, as they are the trained in knowledgeable on its affect on flying. Cancellations made by you, with less than 24 hours notice are subject to full charge. Please arrive 15 minutes before your flight time. Also, be aware that if we experience a short weather delay anytime during our daily schedule, it can delay flight time.
