The Widforss Trail blends forest and canyon scenery. Even a short walk along this trail can be very satisfying. The trail has some steep inclines with an elevation chnage of 650 feet. The trail is well-defined and has shade. To reach the trailhead, take the dirt road 1/4 mile south of Cape Royal Road for 1 mile to the Widforss Trail parking area. A self-guiding trail brochure is available at the trailhead.
