Welcome to The Resort RV Park
We welcome you to The Resort RV Park where we are large enough for comfort but small enough for personal attention. In 2011 we have again put in millions in upgrades as we did during 2010 when the park went through a multi million dollar renovation, including a new 10,000 square foot multi-use facility, Studio 55, a new wood shop, new pickle ball courts, new business center with Wi-Fi and High speed internet, new tennis courts, a new pet park and a brand new grass softball field. In addition to our sparkling swimming pools and spa, and fitness center with all new equipment. So you already see that we are a very active park.
The Resort is conveniently located in the Valley of the Sun for golfing, fishing, hiking and of course shopping, along with those fun things you like to do while exploring the State of Arizona. The Activity Department already has an exciting calendar of programs planned for the 2010-2011 season. It includes the standard Boogie Nights, Dinner Delights and Friday Night Dances. There will be Special Events and a Concert Series plus Bingo every week.
There are always activities going on at The Resort. To keep you busy during the day, you can choose from a number of activities … including our carpentry, lapidary, silver, stained glass, woodcarving workshops, as well as, cards & games, arts & crafts, music & dance, or sports. Our card room allows you to play a different card game each night of the week And, on most Wednesday mornings, you can catch up on the latest happenings over coffee and doughnuts.
We look forward to helping you make your time at The Resort an experience you will not forget. And we know you will love our park just as much as our current residents do.

You have a simple choice here at The Resort, stay as busy as you want or relax as much as you deserve. Our amenities are as diverse as life itself, whether it's joining one of our tennis teams and understanding the real meaning of team sports (those players are real gung ho), or take your sweetheart to one of our weekly dances. You can take care of your daily exercise in our fully equipped fitness room. Then relax in our Jacuzzi and heated pool. Do you like to Golf? We have a Golf Club you can join. Like to Hike? We have a hiking club. There is plenty to do to suit your active lifestyle!
