Designed with our guest's comfort in mind, all suites include stylish leather furnishings, a dining table that seats four persons, sofa sleepers in the living room, pillow top queen beds in the bedrooms, electric heater fireplaces, private patios or balconies, satellite TV, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and well appointed guest bath amenities.

Basic Directions

From Phoenix:
Take the loop 202 to Exit 13 towards Payson on Highway 87 North. Proceed on Highway 87 North for 74 miles. In the town of Payson you will need to take a right hand turn off of Highway 87 onto Highway 260. Proceed on Highway 260 for 57 miles. Just past the town of Heber/Overgaard you will see the Bison Ranch development on your right. Turn right onto Bison Ranch Trail and make the first right turn off of Bison Ranch Trail.
