Coyote Ridge is a great mountain bike ride for riders looking for a real grind. The Coyote Ridge Natural area encompasses almost 800 acres of grassland and features one biking trail that features both singletrack and dirt fire roads.
The Coyote Ridge Trail features a lung-expanding climb to a ridge top and a fun descent with some technical bits back down the same trail. Of note on the Coyote Ridge trail is a natural stair section, which can be portaged both on the way up and down the trail by a short hike-a-bike.
Views from the Coyote Ridge Trail are impressive, with expansive views of the valley that surrounds Loveland and Ft. Collins. Coyote Ridge Trail is a natural area and there are no dogs allowed.

While riding any trail system it is a great idea to include a repair kit and first aid kit. Coyote Ridge Trail multi-use and hikers and horseback riders may be seen along the way. There are no dogs allowed. Please be considerate on the trails and understand right of way protocol.
