The Granite Basin Loops offer something for everyone, featuring fast and rolling singletrack through the Granite Basin Recreation Area and the Prescott National Forest. The high desert forest of the Bradshaw Mountains is split by a variety of trail options of rolling singletrack on hard packed dirt.
Loops can be combined to create shorter or longer rides. The longest rides can even range into the 4-5 hour range for bikers looking to really tire out their legs! For ease of navigation riders should get a copy of a map of the Granite Basin Recreation Area and have fun exploring!

The Granite Basin Loops are well traveled but are still fairly remote and riders should consider bringing extra food, water and clothing as temperatures may shift dramatically. It is also a great idea to include a repair kit and first aid kit. The Granite Basin Loops are multi-use and hikers may be encountered. Please be considerate on the trails and understand right of way protocol.
