Description

This campground is designated ONLY for people with horses.

Little Elden Springs Horse Camp is a place for people who love horses and open spaces. It is a special place created exclusively for those individuals who enjoy riding their horse through beautiful country. The Horse Camp has been designed with the special needs of the horse-camper in mind. Each of the fifteen sites allows easy access for trucks pulling horse trailers. The campground sits near the base of Mount Elden in a beautiful grove of Ponderosa Pine and Gamble Oak. A trail connects the camp to a system of riding trails on the mountain, but also is within easy access of many areas on the Forest that can be enjoyed by horse riders.
