The campground is approximately 2 miles from Woods Canyon Lake which offers boating (electric motors only) and fishing opportunities. The Rim Lakes Vista Trail which provides spectacular views of the Mogollon Rim is approximately 1/2 mile away. The campground is located among the Ponderosa pines.
