The Econo Lodge® University is centrally located, adjacent to Northern Arizona University. This Flagstaff hotel is close to the Indian Ruins at Walnut Canyon, Wupatki National Monument, Oak Creek Canyon, Sunset Crater and Lowell Observatory.

The Montezuma Castle National Monument, Meteor Crater, San Francisco Peaks, the Painted Desert, the Petrified Forest and Sedona are in the surrounding area. The Grand Canyon National Park is just one and one-half hour drive from the hotel.

A wide variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges, including Mike and Rhonda's The Place and Busters, are nearby. Several shops are located in the area.
