Description

The trails goes into Homestead Meadows where there are eight historical homesteads. The homesteads were built in the late 1800's-early 1900's before most were abandoned. There are interpretive signs at each homestead. The length of the hike increases to 6.5 miles if all the homesteads are visited. This is a popular and heavily used trail.
