Description
Rabbits Ear Trail is part of Rabbit Valley. This 2.5 mile hike to the top climbs 700 feet to one of the most impressive vistas in the Grand Valley. From its terminus overlooking the Colorado River, hikers are welcomed by an awe inspiring, panoramic view stretching from the Grand Mesa to the LaSal Mountains in Utah.

Basic Directions
From Grand Junction take I-70 west to the Rabbit Valley exit (Exit #2), turn left and cross over I-70 in to Rabbit Valley. NOTE: Map and information available at the parking area as you first enter Rabbit Valley. Take first left (frontage road) and drive approximately 4 miles, there will be a small sign on the right hand side of the road marking the parking area for the trailhead.
